Refunds for VerifySOP subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Submit a refund request through the Paddle portal, or contact our support team and we will help.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
